While an official date has not been set for the release, the fact Samsung has confirmed it should point to a release in the not-too-distant future. The Note will now have Air View, multi-window apps, and Easy Clip function. Users will also be getting access to Google Now, since the device is being updated to Android Jelly Bean.

All-in-all the original Note owners should be happy that Samsung is continuing to support their device. The new features coming to the device are sure to please the power-users and common-folk alike. If you have the Galaxy Note, we'll be sure to let you know when the update becomes available.
