New pictures have surfaced showing what is purported to be an iPad Mini, that device from a certain fruity company that is rumored to be coming out sometime in October. Previous reports had said that the iPad Mini would not be coming with a camera, but these new pictures seem to prove otherwise.
Looking at the image, a camera is clearly visible. While these could be fakes, mock-ups, (enter term for non-real product here), enough analysts have suggested that an iPad Mini is coming that it is pretty likely these are real. It's been suspected that the iPad Mini wasn't announced with the iPhone so as to not draw attention away from the device.
As far as cellular communications go, it's not going to be possible to determine one way or another until a clear shot of the internals makes its way into the hands of people who deal in chips. Guessing that this tablet will be aimed at the lower end, such as the Nexus 7, I'd lean towards it not having cellular. It could also feature the A6, but Apple might cut costs and go with the A5.
