ASUS' Nexus 7 gets teardown treatment, this time on video

By: (more) | Mobile Devices, Tablets & Phones News | Posted: Sep 11, 2012 5:25 am

iFixit gave us a teardown treatment on ASUS and Google's Jelly Bean-powered Nexus 7 tablet back in July, but now DirectFix have provided the world with a teardown and repair video of the slate. Pictures are great, but videos are better, right?

Sometimes when taking apart a tablet, or any other electronic device, pictures can only go so far, which is why the team at DirectFix have provided this video. DirectFix have gone through virtually everything you need to know to take apart, and repair, your Nexus 7 tablet.

After watching it, they make it look easy to rip the slate apart - but I'm not the type of person who can take apart a tablet. I feel like I'm playing some form of sick game of Operation on it, but check out the video above!
