Grand Prairie, TX - 2 Arrested In Scam

Dude! It's not a Dell! Two Dallas men are accused of trying to pass off shrink-wrapped boxes of newspapers and phone books as Dell laptop computers.

Bill L. Rayford, 25, and Edward J. Clay, 34, were arrested Tuesday in Grand Prairie on suspicion of deceptive business practices.

Dell is based in Round Rock[, Texas].
