Samsung shows off their Galaxy Player 5.8 ahead of IFA, hopes Apple doesn't see it
Ahead of the IFA event in Berlin next week, Samsung have unveiled their Galaxy Player 5.8 device. As you can probably tell from its name, it sports a 5.8-inch, 960x540 LCD.

This screen is quite a bit bigger than the flagship Galaxy S III, as too with the 5.3-inch screen on the Note. The Galaxy Player 5.8 also features Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as well as the latest version of Samsung's TouchWiz UI, so it should be pretty in the looks department.
The player also comes in two sizes, 16GB or 32GB, features a microSD slot, front-facing VGA camera and a massive 2,500mAh battery. More details should show themselves at IFA, such as the processor baked inside, and we'll report those when they happen.
