Microsoft Longhorn Screenshots @ WinBETA

WinBETA have several screenshots of Microsoft's up and coming Windows codename Longhorn XP NT6 operating system which is based on the much talked about .NET framework.

 

Again, like Windows XP was to Windows 2000, Longhorn so far in it's development stages seems to be a prettied up version of Windows XP - at least visually. The .NET language is already actively being used in Longhorn though, especially with this cool clock and date feature pictured below which stood out for me.
