Twitter's Employee of the Month trophy is an Ass, literally

Well, Twitter's Employee of the Month trophy is just that: cool and hilarious to display. The trophy in question was given to Charles Magnuson who is the 'Support Triage Captain' at Twitter.
At the top of the trophy, the hind quarters of what appears to be a donkey stand proud. A little further down the trophy, the words "You Kick Ass!" are engraved, which furthers the belief that it is a donkey on top. Magnuson notes that he was given the award after his name was drawn out of a hat. I can't say this enough...Coolest Trophy EVER!
