ECS i-Buddie XP Desknote @ AMDZone

By: (more) | Posted: Sep 6, 2002 12:29 pm

Chris over at AMDZone has posted a review of the ECS i-Buddie XP Desknote. It is a desktop replacement product based around an AMD Athlon XP 1500+ and is certainly turning a few heads lately.

Overall the ECS i-Buddie XP has progressed nicely since we first saw the VIA C3 model at last years Comdex. There is no doubt that its performance rivals the most powerful Athlon laptop available today. The low cost and high upgradeability potential make it an attractive option for a desktop replacement for those who want power and portability, but are on a budget.
