It's back to The INQ for this story. Apparently Intel spends more on R&D than the Australian government. I'm lost for words and that's not something which happens easy.

Reuters quotes Barrett today as saying that his company outstripped Australia on R&D funds, and there isn't enough broadband spend in the country anyroad.
