Hey, All you guys with those spanking new ATi cards?! Aren't you so excited that DirectX 9 is right around the corner? Guess what you're gonna have to do? WAIT! It seems like DirectX 9 has been postponed according to The Inquirer.. But we all know how reliable they are :P..

A FEW WEEKS BACK we wrote a story about when Microsoft's Direct X9 but yesterday we learned at the Games Developer Conference here in London that it the release date has now been pushed further back.


Microsoft and its partners, including ATI, had suggested it would be introduced in early October, but now we hear it's postponed until the end of November.
