Techseekers.net is first with their report on the Inno3D Xabre 400.

The Xabre 400 is squarely designed to compete against the Geforce4MX in the mid-range market, a not so small feat if you ask me. One of the drawbacks of the Geforce4MX was the lack of proper DirectX 8.1 features as this card was only a souped up Geforce2.This is where the Xabre comes in, with Pixel Shader ver.1.3 support ,it allows games to look that much better.

A1 Electronics comes along with their brief look at the ATI Radeon 9700 Pro.

The ATI Radeon 9700 Pro with more computing power than the GeForce4 Ti4600 especially twice the memory bandwidth shows what can be done. As we see ATI Radeon 9700 Pro does not take such a hit when FSAA & Anisotropic filtering is used so we can leave it on all the time. For those of you games players now all you have to do is wait for DirectX 9 games.
