With CES 2012 right around the corner, new product rumors and releases are coming thick and fast. Today we have news from Notebook Italia of a 7-inch ASUS Transformer Prime. But, that's not all. There's also a rumored second 7-inch tablet coming from ASUS.

The second 7-inch tablet will be a refresh of last year's Eee Pad Memo. The Eee Pad Memo should sport a 7-inch capacitive screen with a 1280x800 pixel display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core 1.2GHz chip, 16 to 64GB storage, 3G and Wi-Fi as well as the Android OS. It's also rumored to have a 3D version, too.

There's also talk of ASUS' Padfone, which combines the power of a 4.3-inch Android smartphone with the uber-power of a 10-inch tablet. Padfone should hit the market next month, but as usual, there's no confirmed date. CES 2012 is next week, where we should have more details on these devices.
