Google eBooks now supports offline reading in Google Chrome

If you're a frequent eBook reader, this news might definitely be of interest to you. If you're reading a book, and your Internet drops out, you can't read the book you were reading minutes before, or you're you could be on your way on a trip, holiday or a friends house, and want to get into a newly-purchased eBook during that time.

Well, you're in luck. Google eBooks now supports offline reading in Google Chrome. You could be virtually anywhere in the world, as long as you have your device, you can read your Google eBooks in your Chrome browser, or Chromebook.

 

If you want to read your Google eBooks offline, you'll need to install the Google Books app from the Chrome Web Store, and ensure that your Google eBooks are available to read offline.
