Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from TweakTown!

By: (more) | TweakTown News | Posted: Dec 24, 2011 12:17 am

We would like to wish you and your family a very happy, safe and relaxing time over the holidays and all the best for a very productive and successful 2012!

We have given you a little Christmas gift by spending a lot of time the past few days seriously speeding up the responsiveness and load time of the site to do with JavaScript elements we use. Just make sure you are using one of the latest version browsers to notice the full effect. And we'll be taking a little time off from now till the New Year, so content will be reduced somewhat, but we'll be back in full force soon!

Behind the scenes we are working on some exciting new features for TweakTown which will come online in the New Year as well as some different language sites that should go live before too much longer. We are also excited for the fact that one of our Australian editors Shane Baxtor is moving to Taiwan next week where we will be able to push out even more high quality tech content.

Thanks for a fantastic 2011 and here's to the next twelve months!
