Angry Birds ported to yet another platform, something you'd never have guessed

By: (more) | Gaming News | Posted: Dec 7, 2011 7:20 am

By platform, I mean a dress. And by ported, I mean made into a dress for Rovio CMO's wife Teija. Rovio's CMO, Peter Vesterbacka, was invited to an event at the Finnish Presidential Palace (my invite was lost in the mail, obviously) where he required to dress up and not don his usual Angry Birds sweatshirt.

His wife looks quite the Bird in her dress, as one of the birds from the super successful game, Angry Birds. The eye is in the perfect position for her, uh, Janet Jackson legal issue area. For someone not familiar with Angry Birds, it would just look like a styled dress. But to anyone who has played the most awesome game, you'll instantly recognize it as soon as your eyes land on it.

It's a great move from Vesterbacka, the more marketing and PR this thing gets, the better for Rovio. I think she pulled it off pretty well, I'd just like to know if she was flung at a bunch of pigs later in the night...
