Samsung's Ice Cream Sandwich packing Galaxy Nexus to hit the UK on November 17th

Samsung's Galaxy Nexus has enjoyed its fair share of publicity lately, but a release date has been one of the best kept secrets of the upcoming Ice Cream Sandwich/Android 4.0 device. But, leaked details are always the best and today we have the leaked release date via an Amazon product page and then confirmed by Samsung today.

Samsung's Galaxy Nexus is set to arrive on UK retailers' shelves on November 17, just over three weeks from now. If you want to get your lips wet with some of that Ice Cream Sandwich goodness, you can sign-up for a subsidized handset on Vodafone, O2 and 3UK, its intended HSPA+ carrier homes. If you'd like to get some of that pre-order, contract free goodness, you can always purchase it outright through Amazon.

My HTC Desire's LCD panel cracked (thanks to my gorgeous daughter biting it) and now I know its just three weeks until I can try my luck importing one of these. Hopefully I get one and they're not sold out.
