Team ROG extreme overclockers tell us about what they're doing at BlizzCon 2011

BlizzCon 2011 - Our final video from the ASUS booth at BlizzCon 2011 is from the overclocking workshop area. Members of Team ROG were on hand to tell us what about they were doing at the show.

Travis from Team ROG told us about the two ASUS systems that we setup and ready to get some LN2 cooling based overclocking treatment. One system was running an Intel 2500k processor while the other was running a faster 2600k CPU based system. The 2500k was running at around 5.7GHz and it was also running three-way SLI with GTX 570's along with Corsair Dominator memory running at 2200MHz with it all running on an ASUS Maximus IV Extreme (Z68) motherboard.

The 2600k system used the same parts except the video card was an ASUS MATRIX GTX 580 Platinum video card. It was hooked up using a PCI Express extension cable which allowed for easier LN2 based cooling with the Kingpin Cooling Tek 9 Fatboy coolers. It will get the GPU temperature down to around -190 degrees Celsius and run at around 1500MHz.
