Speck think outside the box with the HandyShell for iPad 2

By: (more) | Mobile Devices News | Posted: Jul 2, 2011 4:54 am

Sure, there's an absolute TON of third party iPad/2 cases to choose from these days and everyone's going to have a different idea about what's a better option over another, but there's this one case released by Speck just the other day which caught my eye due to the particularly wide versatility of it.

The HandyShell for iPad 2 from Speck is a hard shell case which, with its raised rubber bezel and repositionable multi-function handle, allows for quite the array of one handed grips and other convenient uses. The gallery of pictures on the product page alone quickly give you perspective on why Speck dubbed this case the HandyShell.

Check out this video review above - it really is quite nifty and while perhaps a little too bulky for some, can't be denied that it's going to fit the bill perfectly at $54.95 for those of you looking for a case that not only protects your iPad 2, but gives you a kabooble of mounting and handling abilities.
