HTC to launch Puccini, 10.1-inch Android-based tablet

HTC has reportedly entered the final states of testing their upcoming Android-based 10.1-inch Puccini tablet PC, with volume production slated for June 2011. Puccini will be sporting a Qualcomm MSM8660 1.5GHz processor and runs Android 3.0.1. Puccini is set to include a touch panel supporting both resistive and capacitive touch technologies and its touch pen will be able to work on specified software and areas.

HTC is getting their 10.1-inch touch panels from AU Optronics and Wintek, whilst 7-inch panels will come from Cando and Wintek for their Flyer tablets.
