Nintendo 3DS Has Upcoming Update To Access eShop [Blurb]

3DS gets an internet browser.

Nintendo will be rolling out an important update this summer on June 6 that will allow them to experience some cool new stuff like an Internet Browser and access to the new Nintendo eShop.

I'm pretty psyched to see what Nintendo's internet browser will look like, especially with that active 3D engine. We'll check back on June 6 to see how it goes.

A new system update for the hand-held Nintendo 3DS system will be available in North America the evening of June 6 Pacific time. By downloading the free update via a wireless broadband Internet connection, Nintendo 3DS users can enjoy new features and enhancements, including an Internet browser and access to the Nintendo eShop, where users can browse and purchase downloadable content.
