Many Many Sadfaces: PlayStation Network Still Down

Bad news everyone- despite all of our hopes that in the very least there would be a modicum of effort made to explain the recent PlayStation Network outages, The Official Sony PlayStation Blog managed to crush our dreams once again:
I know you are waiting for additional information on when PlayStation Network and Qriocity services will be online. Unfortunately, I don't have an update or timeframe to share at this point in time.As we previously noted, this is a time intensive process and we're working to get them back online quickly. We'll keep you updated with information as it becomes available. We once again thank you for your patience.
I don't know who's more frustrated- the PSN users unable to play their precious games or the Customer Support representatives that have to listen to their constant whining.
