Nintendo announced their most recent array of available downloads with an extremely enticing list-topper: the insanely entertaining SNES classic, Mega Man X! I don't know how many of you are old enough to have played that fantastic game back in the day, but the "futuristic" incarnation of Rock Man made me instantly fall in love with both the SNES and console gaming. Haters, talk all you want about Mario but put the robot with the arm-gun in a cage with a plumber and see who comes out smiling. This is definitely worth the 800 Wii points it'll cost to download this.

Other than that...virtual babies? Whatever the hell BIT.TRIP is? And a game that teaches you to "play" piano? Way to start off strong, Nintendo. This download list reads like a one-hit-wonder filler album.
