LG set to make the Google Nexus Tab

Google is a fan of their Nexus range, it gives them the opportunity to roll out new Android software on their branded devices first before their partners. Rumor has it that LG are now going to be the manufacturer of the reference tablet for Google.

The LG-based tablet will be Google's own Android tablet, powered by Honeycomb (Android 3.0). It will be a fresh Honeycomb device in the best conditions with specifications of reference for other manufacturers. The Google Nexus Tab will now be launched mid-Summer by LG.
