RumorTT: iPad 2 launch imminent? Uses new carbon fiber material?

I'm sure that's what you said when you read the news title, but if Apple want to squish the market, they're going to have to do it ASAP as Android-powered devices are really ramping up from every single direction and 2011 will be no different.
This rumor from Taipei suggests that Apple are ready to drop the iPad 2 this month and have it on retail shelves by next month. We know the screen will be a Philips 9.7-inch XGA 1024x768 display with an insanely higher specced panel expected with the third outing of the iPad next year. Apple have also signed a patent for a carbon fiber material and there are some industry experts saying that the new material might make its way into the iPad 2 which would dramatically reduce the weight of the iPad 2.
