NVIDIA Tegra 3 should have 1.5GHz quad-core

By: (more) | Mobile Devices News | Posted: Jan 25, 2011 12:08 am

NVIDIA is going hard at the tablet and phone game, not only do they have a Tegra 2 3D capable chip but now they're boasting that Tegra 3 should be in the 1.5GHz range with quad-core in a mobile/tablet!

The Tegra 3 will be a Cortex A9 chip, capable of 13, 800 MIPS and also Blu-Ray support is included. The chip will also have ULP which is Ultra Low Power, but that was inevitable for a beast like this in a tablet or mobile environment.

Bring it on!
