Spider Pocket Speaker E500 doesn't look like a spider

Headphones are perfect if you are wanting to listen to your favorite music on the go without bothering others and without having to hear all the noise going on around you. If you want to let your pals hear your tunes too, you need a speaker for your phone not headphones. A company called Spider Cable has unveiled a new portable speaker that is perfect for the geek looking for some mobile jams.

The speaker is the Spider Pocket Speaker E500 and it has an internal battery good for about eight hours of play per charge. The speaker also has a resonator chamber that expands like an accordion to make the sound better and still keep a very portable design. The speaker will connect to devices with a 3.5mm headphone port like the iPhone, smartphones, and computers.

The speaker has a port for daisy chaining other speakers along with it for more sound. Charging of the internal battery is done via a USB port on your computer. The speaker measures 68.5mm x 68.5mm x 42mm and has a 40mm speaker driver. Output power is 3W and it has a frequency range of 180Hz-16KHz.
