Corsair Isn't Waiting For SandForce to Get SATA 6G Speeds

We met with Corsair earlier today and learned Corsair has named their soon to be released Marvell SATA 6G controlled drive P3.The new P3 will feature SATA 6G and very aggressive garbage collection. Since we still don't have TRIM support while using RAID the new Corsair P3 sounds like it will be a very good candidate for ultra high performance RAID arrays.
The new Corsair P3 should be available in the next two to three weeks. At the time of writing it's sounding like SandForce will not have a SATA 6G controller ready in Q1 at all. We are meeting with SandForce in a few hours so just sit tight on the SF timeline.
