Facebook now worth $50 billion?

The last company valuation put them at $35 billion, at the moment there are 2.5 billion shares at around $20.76 a share.
Based on $50 billion, this puts them at a 1/4 the market capitalization of Google and close to 1/4 that of Microsoft. They're now worth more than eBay and Yahoo and are on the heels of Amazon's $80 billion worth of value.
