Apple tease the world with the release of iOS 4.2.1 GM build

By: (more) | Mobile Devices News | Posted: Nov 19, 2010 12:03 am

When I heard the release of iOS 4.2 was delayed - both my iPad and I cried in pain.

But, I don't know why - I'm patient with Apple, I'm not patient with anything else... NVIDIA and AMD can't release GPU's fast enough, games can't come out fast enough - but Apple products, the reality-distortion field really does affect me.

*shakes fist at Steve Jobs*

Well, it all changed today - 4.2.1 was released into the iOS Development Center, build number 8C148.

The new build is supposedly aimed at fixing 'major' Exchange and audio issues - with these issues in mind and a new build released, Apple might skip the iOS 4.2 release and jump straight to iOS 4.2.1

iOS 4.2 is not even out, and iOS 4.2.1 is in the wild - interesting!
