Jolibook rumored to go on sale Friday
Comment | Print | Email to a Friend | Font Size: AAReady to get your... jollies on? The Jolibook might be launching this Friday in the UK first - just as a rumor at the moment. Pricing is set at 279 pounds - just a pound under the Acer Aspire One D255 netbook.
It won't ship with a Windows OS - but it has another market it wants to put its tentacles in - the education market. There are supposedly deals iwth education suppliers in the UK and Europe.
The Jolibook is also targetted toward people who aren't tech savvy or don't really know the differences or benefits between OS's.
Specs of the Jolibook are a dual core Atom N550, 250GB, 6-cell battery with 7 hours of battery life.
