Sony Ericsson announces the little LiveView screen for their Android phones

Access your phone without using your phone

| Mobile Devices News | Posted: Sep 29, 2010 3:04 am

You've got a remote control for all your other electronic gadgets; why not your smartphone? Sony Ericsson has released the LiveView Screen to work as a tiny "second screen" to keep up with calls, music control, and other apps all without having to take your phone out of your pocket.

The LiveView connects with compatible Android-powered Sony-Ericsson phone via Bluetooth to give access to your music player, Android apps, and look at incoming calls without breaking stride. It can be worn in a watch strap, clipped to your laptop, or on a keychain. No price has been released, but Sony Ericsson expects the LiveView to become available by the end of the year.
