It may be last minute, but Verizon has announced that the Samsung Fascinate, Verizon's flavor of the Galaxy S smartphone, will be available in stores on September 9th with online orders being taken starting tomorrow.

This will complete the launch of the Galaxy S variants, with the Epic 4G from Sprint, Vibrant from T-Mobile, and Captivate from AT&T already available. The $199 with a 2 year contract smartphone price that is becoming the standard will apply to the Fascinate as well at launch; no word on when Amazon will have it available for a penny like they did with the previously stated phones.
