Got ten bucks, an iPhone 4, and a hankering to see things up close and personal? Take a look at this mod done by an iPhone 4 owner with a case and a cheap 45x microscope. He advertises it as a five dollar mod, but the microscope and case together will run you closer to a ten spot.

He wasn't impressed with the advertised magnification of the lens, but this is a pretty fun little mod for up close and personal shots of small items, or just for showing off in science class. My only fear is there may need to be a new type of geek invented for someone carrying something like this, but sign me up for the label because this is pretty cool.
