Apple live event: iOS 4.2 due out in November
Comment | Print | Email to a Friend | Font Size: AANot satisfied previeweing iOS 4.1, Steve Jobs also gave a sneak peek at iOS 4.2 at the Apple live event; stating that this version of Apple's mobile OS is slated for a Novemeber release.
One addition slated for this version includes direct Apple one for the iPhone 4. The iPad gets major love here, with multitasking, HDR photos, and the Game Center coming to the iPad. Wireless printing was also mentioned, as well as a tease for a service called AirPlay media streaming on which more information will be released at a later date.
