Apple possibly redesigning the iPhone 4 antenna

By: (more) | Mobile Devices News | Posted: Sep 1, 2010 12:39 am

Rumors are starting to fly that Apple has a revised model of the iPhone 4 coming that fixes the infamous antenna problem. An executive at Telcel, a Mexican cellphone carrier, stated that the new model could be released in late September.

Nothing solid has ever been announced, but people in the know have whispered about Apple attempting to implement a an antenna change that either coats it in a new material or changes its composition so that it doesn't react badly with the skin and cause the "you're holding it wrong" problem. Just one more thing to hope we hear about at Apple's big shindig tomorrow.
