Titan debuts new CPU cooler

By: (more) | Cases, Cooling & PSU News | Posted: Aug 30, 2010 3:08 pm

When it comes to keeping your CPU cool, some just use the plain heat sink and fan combos that the CPU makers design. Others go to more extreme measures to keep their CPUs cool and operating correctly when they overclock with liquid cooling. More users will simply go with a more efficient heat sink and fan combo from a company like Titan.

Titan has announced a new CPU cooler called the TTC-NC25TZ. This CPU cooler is made to fit just about any AMD or Intel CPU that is around today. The cooler is a low profile unit that is 46mm height and has four 6mm heat pipes with direct contact tech to conduct the maximum amount of heat. The cooler supports CPUs with TDP of 130W.

The cooler is a 1.5U low height design for compact cases and has a PWM smart fan that automatically adjusts the fan speed according to CPU temp for the least noise. The cooler has an outline dimension of 106 x 95 x 46mm and the fan is 80 x 80 x 15mm. That 80mm fan is able to flow 14.84 to 37.1 CFM and has a life of up to 60,000 hours.
