Free bumper cases for Apple and Optus iPhone 4 buyers

Deal runs 'till Sep 30

As per Apple in the U.S. alleviating the 'antennagate' (signal loss) issue with iPhone 4s by issuing out a free bumper case, Apple Australia has today confirmed that it, too will be issuing a free case to iPhone 4 buyers. An Apple spokesperson has said the deal will run until September 30.

The folks at APC were also able to confirm that Optus are providing free bumpers to its iPhone 4 customers, too.

Telstra? - nothing. And if you buy one from them when you collect your iPhone 4 there, are there any rebates? Nope. Not like the U.S. folks who get the amount of a bumper case purchased at AT&T refunded by Apple.
