HTC has now announced that it will launch its smartphones in China under its own brand. The company will team with Chinese wireless provider China Mobile to bring the devices to market.

HTC also has a new distribution agreement with GOME Electrical Appliances Holding, the largest electronics distributor in China. The first smartphones to come to China will be the HTC Tianxi, HTC Tianyi, HTC Desire and HTC Wildfire.
