Apple today launched a free app called the iPhone 4 Case Program that will get iPhone 4 owners on their way to scoring their free case or bumper. Doing this via phone helps Apple verify your serial number and International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) info to keep you from typing it into a web form.
