iOS 4.1 now available to developers

Devs seeing bars fixed but not much else

For those that have been patiently waiting for the iOS 4 update to come, it looks like you're one step closer. The iOS SDK 4.1 beta is now available for developers to tinker with and put through the paces.

The image above was posted by a forumgoer at Gizmodo; it seems there are still some kinks to work out unless this is the signal bar fix we've all been hoping for. No word yet on whether the attempted software fix for reception has made its way into this beta; more on that as the sharp developer minds get to prodding this new release.
