RIM has been rumored to be working on a Blackberry tablet for quite some time, and details keep dripping in on the upcoming device. Betanews has confirmed with an anonymous RIM source the statements made by Rodman & Renshaw analyst Ashok Kumar on Friday about the upcoming tablet.

The RIM tablet will be a 7" device running a 1GHz Marvell processor that is expected to come from their Armada 610 line. The tablet will be equipped with dual cameras for teleconferencing support and will be Flash 10.1 capable. Other possibilities, like a slide out keyboard and the December launch date, have not been confirmed as of yet.
