BMW has announced that it will add support for the iPod Out feature to its cars. The feature means that the menus will be sent to the screen in the car for full control without having to dig the iPhone or iPod out.

The feature is a good thing for BMW since they don't need to design their own interface. Consumers will appreciate it because they will be familiar with the menus already and won't need to learn a new menu system.
