LG's latest run into the world of Android phones is coming with the Optimus line of phones. They're planning a total of ten new smartphones under this banner by the end of the year with the LG Optimus One with Google and the Optimus Chic. Not too many details are available yet about these phones, although it was released that the Chic and the One will ship with Android 2.2, also known as Froyo, onboard and ready to go.

These two phones will initially only be available in the UK, but LG expects if all goes well that variants will pop up across the rest of the world as well.
