They call this the Silver Arrow which makes use of a couple fin stacks and two TY series fans. These fans are 160x140x24mm sized with variable RPMs of 500 to 1300 and a max dBA of 21.

The Silver Arrow uses nickel-plated C1100 pure copper for its base and gets further assistance for heat transfer thanks to four 8mm heatpipes. The cooler supports all current platforms on the market including LGA 1366/1156 and 775 as well as AMD's AM2 and AM3 processors.
