iPhone 4 pre-orders ready to go---if you like black

By: (more) | Mobile Devices News | Posted: Jun 15, 2010 8:59 pm

Ready, set, pre-order! The iPhone 4, slated for release on June 24th, is now available for pre-order on Apple's online store and through the AT&T website. White iPhone fans will be disappointed though as only the black version is available for pre-order or in-store pickup according to the Apple Online Store.

The prices are as previously reported: $199 for the 16GB version and $299 for the 32GB version with a new 2 year contract. Remember, those of you that have recently purchased a 3GS can trade up to the iPhone 4 as we reported here. The phones will be available for in-store pickup or delivered on the 24th, depending on the option you choose. The iPhone 8GB 3GS will be available for $99 on the same date.

UPDATE: It seems there have been a lot of problems on both sites due to the large demand, so pre-ordering in store may be the best option if you can do it.
