Logitech unveils new HD webcams and Logitech Vid HD software

Logitech makes some of the best peripherals on the market for gamers and general computer users ranging from mice to keyboards and speakers. The company is well known for its webcams as well. Today Logitech has announced some new HD resolution webcams.

The new cams include the HD Pro Webcam C910 ($99.99) with the ability to record in 1080p resolution and to make 720p video calls. The device has two mics for clarity with one on each side of the lens and is 25mm deep. The HD Webcam C510 ($59.99) is a foldable device designed for use on the go that can rotate 360-degrees. Logitech also unveiled affordable C310 ($49.99) and C270 ($39.99) models.

 

Logitech also unveiled the Vid HD software that works with any Logitech webcam. The software makes HD video calls easy and lets the user shoot HD video using their webcam as well. The software is a HD update to the original Logitech Vid offering.
