Conoe Lake reference netbook video - World's thinnest netbook

Just 14mm thick and handles 720p in stock trim

| Laptops News | Posted: Jun 4, 2010 6:34 am

Sascha of Netbook News has managed to get some personal playtime with a powered on Conoe Lake based netbook; this being Intel's new netbook platform that brings some much needed refreshing to the netbook world.

The sample in the hands on is of a refrence designed sample, measuring just 14mm thick and being capable of 720p video playback. Specs are still a bit vague, but the reference sample in question housed an Atom N550 CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 120GB HDD and ran Windows 7 Ultimate. Sascha's guess on the include battery was a 44Whr one.
