In helping roll in this new generation of 3D technology for the home, be it in the loungeroom or on a PC, Cyberlink have produced a white paper entitled 'Principles of 3D Video and Blu-ray 3D'. It answers many of the questions people are asking about 3D including how it works, when it's a good time to upgrade to supporting devices/hardware and some of the best ways to go about it.

Whilst the white paper is freely available on Cyberlink's own website for download (in PDF format), the folks over at Toms Hardware analyzed it and were given permission to republish it in their own style, with the main point of focus being on Blu-ray 3D for the home theater.
