Moshi alarm clock is controlled by your voice

By: (more) | Peripherals News | Posted: May 20, 2010 7:00 pm

I have been through a bunch of alarm clocks over the last year or so reviewing different products. One of the things that I don't like about a lot of clocks is that the buttons aren't backlit so you can't really see them in a dark room.

Moshi has a new alarm clock called the Voice Control Digital Clock Radio that you don't need buttons for, you can control it with your voice. The user can say "Hello Moshi" and then set the time by voice, get the clock to say the time aloud using your voice, or set the alarm by voice.

Even the snooze can be turned on by using your voice and the radio can be turned on too. The clock has a pair of stereo speakers and three presets each for AM and FM tuners. The FM tuner is digital and the clock can be purchased now for $69.99.
