MSI officially unveils 890FXA-GD70 AM3 Motherboard
MSI has readied up its top-end 890FX based 890FXA-GD70 motherboard for the AMD AM3 platform with a bunch of final retail photos posted up by the folks over at Techpowerup.
Sporting the RD890 + SB850 chips, this tidy looking black and blue themed board should be quite the nice partner for a six-core Thuban and uses military class components (Hi-c CAPs, Solid CAPs, and Icy Chokes).

The board features several exclusive features to MSI including OC Genie overclocking, core unlocking, DrMOS, APS (Active Phase Switching) and Winki which is their version of Instant-On OS.

Other points of interest are the five PCI-e x16 slots for CrossfireX goodness, four DDR3-2133 memory slots, 1x eSATA + 6x SATA 6Gbps and 1x SATA 3GBps, dual Gigabit Ethernet, two USB 3.0 ports and 7.1 audio.
No definitives on pricing or availability just yet.
